About Us
OUR LITTLE ANGELS FOUNDATION was organized to assist persons and families in need, especially those who have been victims of fire. The foundation will have events during the course of the year to raise funds to assist different organizations in accomplishing this mission. Funds donated will go to the following:
- FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS SMOKE DETECTORS AND FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS TO BE GIVEN OUT TO FAMILIES
- VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS
- AMERICAN RED CROSS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO FIRE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES
- ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ASSIST PERSONS AND FAMILIES IN NEED
- SPCA (KASSANDRA AND JULIA BOTH LOVED ANIMALS)
There will be a posting before each event detailing where donations will go.
On September 28,2009, two of my daughters, Kassandra ,12, and Julia,10, along with their friend and dog passed away in a fire at their Orange county NY home. Kassandra and Julia touched many people in their short lives. Their love of life and smiles will always be remembered. This foundation was established by myself, Michael Dorritie, my wife, Sarah, and my brother, Ray to honor their memory. OUR LITTLE ANGELS FOUNDATION is a certified NYS non-profit organization.
